Thats Life
I dont quite remember how many times have I ponder on this, thought about the past. The way I was, the way we were. There were regrets, there were dreams, there were pains, there were love, joy and melancholy. There were immaturity, naive. I was there, did that, done this.

Lets start this marathon
I have finally manage to get an office here at the university. I've got my pc, my books and articles. Now, its, GET SET, READY , GOOOOOO! I have move away from the initial topic on leadership and quality to leadership and innovation. I think the word innovation is a buzz word right now, especially in Malaysia with the new premier. Its just a matter of me locking my focus into the actual area of research. Is it leadership practices, leadership styles, leadership roles. Or is it transformational leadership, servant leadership, innovative leadership! Aaaarrrrggghhhh! The intermediaries etc. I gotta start reading and reading and studying. I'm gonna start with the research question first, then the theoretical framework, then the literature. Now, I get it! be slow yet certain, be focused. Insyaallah, I'll reach that destination. So, let the abll loose, and let the game begins. YAHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The beginning
We arrived at Melbourne on the 13th of December approximately at 9.40am. The weather was an astonishing 19'C because it was summer. Even, the voice of the pilot indicated this. We were greeted by two VMPGA's members, Farid and Hanif (ex VMPGA boss). Today is the 19th December and the guys of VMPGA especially my two brothers above has helped us a lot. To date, we have managed to get a house at Mount Waverly, a fridge which cost us a mere $180, a TOYOTA wagon for $3999 and a few other important items for our survival. Yesterday, I helped Farid to clean the Malaysian Melbourne Hall. The kids are a bit boring with not much to do at our trnasit house in Clayton but i guess, they'll have to endure this a little while more. Come this Monday, we're gonna have the TOYOTA and by then, things gonna move much faster. Insyaallah. Today, I will join the guys for a football. Hope everyting will turn put well.
